Is Scenarios + ASCEND an AI training platform?+
It is better understood as a readiness and decision-practice model. It can use technology and AI where useful, but the focus is realistic practice, evidence of judgement and targeted improvement rather than AI for its own sake.
How do we start if the problem is not clear?+

Somdotta leads SMCPS's capability, readiness and decision-quality work. With nearly two decades in instructional design, learning architecture and digital capability solutions for organisations including the World Health Organization, Standard Chartered Bank, Rolls-Royce, Jaguar Land Rover, Fitch Learning, Pearson UK and AirAsia, she helps organisations turn knowledge, policy and experience into realistic practice and evidence of readiness. She leads the design of Scenarios + ASCEND.

Surajit Mukherjee

Surajit leads SMCPS's technology architecture, governance and delivery work. An SC-cleared Managing Consultant and Solution Architect with more than twenty years of Microsoft delivery experience, he helps organisations turn unclear technology needs into governed, deliverable Microsoft solutions. His experience spans financial services, retail and UK government, including work for the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Housing and the Regulator of Social Housing, and roles at PwC, Avanade and Solirius Consulting.
